This was a first-person staff case study about a project worker Jim who found an outlet for his background in arts and education when work ended during the pandemic. These staff stories were part of a wider series of articles which appeared on the Sanctuary Supported Living which had the aim of encouraging people to consider a career in care.

Project Worker Jim Lockey was able to incorporate his skills and experience as a contemporary artist to his role, helping supported living residents improve their mental health and wellbeing during the pandemic.
