InTouch was a bi-annual B2C magazine aimed at Sanctuary Housing leaseholders whose concerns and interests were slightly different to that of the social housing tenants, who received Voice magazine.

I was invited to attend the Homeowners Forum and was able to meet with residents face-to-face to discuss the issues that mattered to them. I also arranged and coordinated a photo shoot at our one of the leaseholder schemes which not only provided genuine images for the magazine but also bolstered the image library. While the concept seems dated now, it was very well received by its audience and met a need that was there at the time.
